Job Description:
Provide first-line support for ICT and ELV systems including network, VoIP, surveillance, and automation solutions. Respond to client tickets, troubleshoot issues, and escalate where necessary.
Responsibilities:

Handle support calls, emails, and tickets

Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely or on-site

Maintain system uptime and monitor alerts

Update service records and documentation
Requirements:

Diploma in IT, Networking, or related field

Familiar with Windows, networks, and IP devices
