Job Description:

Provide first-line support for ICT and ELV systems including network, VoIP, surveillance, and automation solutions. Respond to client tickets, troubleshoot issues, and escalate where necessary.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle support calls, emails, and tickets

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely or on-site

  • Maintain system uptime and monitor alerts

  • Update service records and documentation

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in IT, Networking, or related field

  • Familiar with Windows, networks, and IP devices

  • Good communication and customer-handling skills

  • Willingness to work flexible hours or on-call
